All UK orders are sent for a flat fee and includes insurance covering total loss or damage during transit. All orders placed before 2.00pm are sent on the same day and delivered within 2 working days. Orders placed after 2.00pm are sent on the next working day for delivery within the next 2 working days. If in the unlikely event that your package has not been delivered within 3 working days, please notify us immediately so we can chase it up.

The cost of shipping international orders is dependent on the destination and includes insurance covering total loss or damage during transit. All orders placed before 2.00pm are sent on the same day.

Delivery varies from 2 - 10 working days depending on your location. Please bear in mind that Ennovations Ltd is not responsible for importation duties payable on your purchases upon entry into your country.

If in the unlikely event that your package has not been delivered within 14 working days, please notify us immediately so we can chase it up.

Shopping with us is completely risk free. Your purchases are covered by our 30 days no quibble return policy. All we ask is that you tell us the reason for returning your purchase. Should you wish to return your purchase within this time for a refund or exchange, please contact us at service@cleverestjewellerybox.co.uk with "RETURNS" in the subject and we will reply with your returns instructions and returns authorisation number.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns that we have not authorised.
